Paul Stott was professional and resolved my concerns with quickness and kindness. Before hanging up he made sure all of my issues were resolved and he gave me his direct contact information for future use. He was impressive and the first rep for AOA to offer direct contact information.

I had a great experience chatting with Maria about questions like rent increases, deposit increases and the like. She was very knowledgeable and even provided me with information that i could download to my computer. I would highly recommend that anyone who owns rental properties join AOA.

I was helped by Paul Stott regarding a tenant who took on a roommate during Covid and landlords were not allowed to really do anything. He updated me with the new rent increases starting February of 2024 and the documents I would need for the roommate and my options as to what I could do. Paul was very knowledgeable and helpful and extremely patient and kind. I would highly recommend any landlord who has rental questions to turn to Paul for the answers.

What a great service that Amber Gutierrez did for me yesterday, Dec 4th. It was my first time to ask an assistance to run a credit. She explained everything I needed. She was patient and attentive in my need. Highly appreciated.

Have used the credit check service of AOA since we started our business in 1997. The reliability and professionalism of AOA is superior. Get to know the credit checkers on staff by voice. Would like to say that one in particular , Amber Gutierrez, has always been there for us. Great personality and work ethic. Keep up the good work!!

I have been using Apartment Owners Association for twenty three years to process my applicants and employees. They are always so accommodating. Whenever I need a Legal Form, I go to the site or if I have a legal question, I just call and speak with the Legal department, they always answer all my questions. AOA and it's employees are of the highest quality and I highly recommend their services.
